A Group of Teachers from Saudi Arabia Have Arrived
The continuing education programme for a group of Saudi Arabian teachers has begun. The programme is conducted by University of Helsinki Centre for Continuing Education HY+ Oy in collaboration with Omnia Education Partnerships and Finland University. 117 Saudi Arabian teachers arrived in Finland together with their families in May.
The education programme will last approximately six months. The teachers will be provided with English language studies, pedagogical training and practical mentoring in schools around Finland. University of Helsinki Centre for Continuing Education HY+ will be in charge of the English teaching and pedagogical training, as well as orientation. The orientation week started with the Opening Ceremony on Monday the 29th of May. We warmly welcome our guests to Finland!
