Guangdong Provincial Publishing Group, Digital Publishing Co. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with University of Helsinki Centre for Continuing Education HY+. The agreement concerns a cooperation to launch a Finnish-International education and training project.

The agreement was signed by Ms. Ou Biru, the General Manager of SPMDP and the CEO of University of Helsinki Centre for Continuing Education HY+, Dr. Marjaana Suutarinen, on August 14, 2018.  During the completion of signing the agreement, both leaders have agreed to build and develop a long-term, successful relationships between the two companies.

The training and education projects focus on the provinces which include Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi Chinese Autonomous Region, Macau SAR and Hong Kong SAR. The agreed project also aims to offer an online teacher training programme for all the teachers in China.

The cooperation between the two parties has already begun. The signed MoU will speed up the collaboration and offering of HY+’s services in the areas appointed in the agreement.
